Great Taste, But the Samples Were Completely Crumb

"My dog liked the taste of the food, which is a positive. However, I was disappointed with the samples I received because everything was crumbled into tiny pieces and there was very little product in the bags. I expected better quality and presentation. I hope this can be improved in the future."

Is it possible to order variety packs without certain flavour(s) (e.g, pork)

I do not see beef in any of the choices. My 85 pound dog had allergy issues with chicken and fowl
Hi Sheila, We are actively working on offering additional protein options, such as beef but don't currently have an ETA for when they will be released at this time. Sourcing our ingredients, as well as the treatment of the animals are two extremely important things to us. We do have two fish recipes, and one pork recipe if your pet prefers any of those.
I see strawberries are some of the ingredients is the Very Berry the only food that contains strawberries? My Dog is super allergic to them Thank you

Can I drop the Chicken and replace it with another...??
Great question, Carol! You absolutely can! As long as allergies/intolerances don't interfere, we would always recommend rotational feeding between the different protein options we offer. This keeps meal time interesting, helps with future intolerances, and balances fats naturally for pets!
